Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in HR or Related Field

Experience: 1-3 Years (Manufacturing Industry Experience Preferred)

Skills:

• Payroll Management Knowledge (Hands-on Exposure Preferred)
• Strong MS Excel Skills (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Management)
• Good Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
• Strong Organizational and Multitasking Ability
• Comfortable Working in Shifts
