Max is hiring Area HR

Experience: 5-6 years of relevant HR experience

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and labor compliance/laws
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to build and nurture a positive work culture
• Willingness to travel across the assigned area

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR functions and store hiring
• Drive strategic talent management, recruitment, workforce planning, and retention
• Oversee performance management, organizational development, and succession planning
• Establish HR governance and ensure strict labor compliance
• Manage employee relations, culture building, engagement, and grievance resolution
• Provide strategic HR advisory by partnering with leadership on workforce planning

Salary: As per experience and industry standards

Location: Kottayam, Kerala (with field travel across the designated area)
