Salary & Benefits: ₹15,000/- Net Take-Home Salary + ₹1,500/- Monthly Travel Allowance

Mandatory Requirements:

• Own laptop
• Two-wheeler
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to handle daily recruitment calls
• Interest in warehouse HR operations and recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Warehouse and bulk recruitment
• Candidate sourcing, calling and screening
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating walk-ins
• Candidate follow-up until joining
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and daily reports
• Supporting warehouse HR operations and onboarding
• Coordinating with clients and recruitment teams
• Achieving daily and monthly recruitment targets
