Job Description:

A Reputed Firm is hiring HR Executive

Qualifications: BBA or MBA (HR preferred)

Experience: 2-4 years (or 2-3 years) of relevant HR experience (Experience in an interior design firm is an advantage)

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

• End-to-end recruitment for white-collar & blue-collar roles
• Manage payroll, attendance & leaves
• Prepare HR documents & reports
• Ensure labour law compliance and basic knowledge of PF, ESI & HR registers
• Coordinate with department heads and adopt new HR tools
• Strong recruitment & HR operations skills
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks

Preference: Immediate joiners preferred

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Working Time: 09:00 am - 6:00 pm

Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month
