Location: Edapally, Ernakulam

Experience: Minimum 3-7 years as an HR Generalist

Qualification: ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle employee relations confidentially and professionally
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software
• High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team
• Candidates with factory HR experience will be given preference
