Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Responsible for complete recruitments across Kerala.
• Conducting Joining formalities, Induction & Orientation.
• ⁠Responsible for supporting and sourcing and screening of candidates for various profiles in the company.
• ⁠Advisory to the management on the Human Resource and employee needs.
• ⁠Creating Job descriptions with the support of Managers/Heads.
• ⁠Framing and implementing Human Resource policies in consultation with the management.
• ⁠Preparing all Kerala employees salary inputs and employee attendance managements to ensure salary payments.
• ⁠Employee Confirmation Process.
• ⁠Coordinate appraisal and employee review process with reporting managers and the management.
• ⁠Conduct Employee Engagement Activities.
• ⁠Ensure timely statutory payments to be paid.
• ⁠Employee Grievance Redressal.
• ⁠HR Budgeting & AOP preparation.
• ⁠Conducting Exit Interviews and coordinating Full and final settlements.
• ⁠Branch Visits & HR Audit.
