Location: Thrissur & Palakkad

Experience: Candidates with 2-5 years of HR experience (Retail/Store HR preferred).

Preference: Willingness to travel within the cluster.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives across stores.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding & employee engagement.
• Handle employee relations, grievance management & compliance.
• Drive learning, development & performance management in the cluster.
