Job Description:

Keya Foods International is hiring Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Purchase

Location: Kuthiathode, Thuravoor, Alappuzha

Experience: 5-8 years in purchase/procurement (preferably FMCG/Food industry)

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Commerce/Engineering (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of raw materials (spices, herbs, packaging materials)
• Identify & develop vendors & suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
• Ensure timely procurement for uninterrupted production
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with teams
• Ensure quality standards and compliance
• Cost optimization and vendor performance evaluation
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office
• Preference for candidates with spices/food industry experience
• Nearby location candidates preferred
