Location: Kakkanad, Infopark Phase 1

Experience: 0-1 year of experience in candidate sourcing or recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Source, attract, and engage talented tech professionals from around the globe.
• ⁠Assist in managing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• ⁠Develop and execute sourcing strategies to ensure a strong pipeline of candidates.
• ⁠Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their hiring needs.
• ⁠Maintain a detail-oriented approach in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Skills:

• ⁠Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate with hiring managers.
• ⁠Basic analytical skills to streamline workflows between candidates and hiring teams.
• ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preference: Strong interest in technical recruitment, particularly in hiring freelancers or contractors.
