Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience: 6-8 Years in IT Recruitment

Qualification: MBA/PGDBM in HR from a premier institution

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end IT recruitment (fresher and lateral hiring)
• Build Talent pipeline for niche and critical roles
• Source talent through platforms like GitHub, Linkedin, Stack Overflow etc.
• Drive India/Middle East/MENA hiring through specialized job boards and recruitment partnerships

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and dashboards
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
