Job Description:

Driver Logistics is hiring Executive/Senior Executive - Human Resources

Location: Cochin

Experience: 2-4 years of post-qualification experience

Preference:

• Preferably from manpower consulting/staffing background
• Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage
• Exposure to statutory compliance processes including PF & ESIC

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
• Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
• Tech-savvy candidates will have an added advantage
• Knowledge of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.

Preferred Profile:

• Individuals who believe in teamwork and collaboration
• Candidates adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Candidates with excellent academic performance
• Candidates with hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations preferred
