DLife Interiors is hiring Talent Acquisition Executive (Non-IT)

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1 - 4 Years of Experience in Non-IT Recruitment

Qualification: MBA (HR)/MSW

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
• Handle white-collar & blue-collar hiring including Sales Executives, Project Managers, Interior Designers, Carpenters, Helpers & related roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors & local networks
• Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage offer negotiation & onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Skills:

• Strong exposure to bulk hiring & lateral hiring
• Good communication, coordination & follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously

Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
