Cyrix is hiring Manager - Talent Acquisition

Location: Kochi (Pan India hiring exposure)

Experience:

• 9+ years in Talent Acquisition
• Minimum 2 years of team handling experience

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Manage high-volume and replacement hiring across India
• Partner with business leaders for hiring needs
• Build talent pipelines and improve hiring metrics
• Lead and mentor recruitment team
• Drive employer branding initiatives
• Strong experience in bulk/mass hiring
• Hands-on with Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS tools
• Healthcare/medical hiring experience is an added advantage
