Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Functions:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Handling campus recruitment initiatives
- Developing and coordinating employee training programs
- Managing employee relations
- Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulatory standards
2. Office Administration:
- Overseeing day-to-day office administration
- Coordinating office logistics and facility requirements
- Managing vendors and office supplies
- Providing operational support across departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes
- Experience in campus hiring
- Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance
