Job Description:

Beinex is hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist

Experience: 2 - 3 Years

Qualification: 

• Graduation or Post Graduation in Human Resources Management is preferred but not mandatory

Location: Kochi (Hybrid)

Skills:

• Hands-on experience with various selection processes 
• Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems 
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills 
• Strong decision-making skills 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy  
• Responsible for sourcing, attracting, conducting interviews, hiring and facilitating the integration of new employees into the company 
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications 
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives 
• Prepare recruitment materials and post job ads in appropriate job portals and social media 
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc. 
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications 
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule 
• Schedule the technical interviews for the selected candidates with Beinex interview panels 
• Get connected with selected candidates  
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes 
• Conduct new-employee orientation programs and employee relation counselling
