Department: Human Resources

Experience: 4-8 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
• Statutory Compliance & Labour Law Management
• Industrial Relations & Disciplinary Processes
• HR Strategy Implementation & Workforce Management
• Employee Welfare & Engagement Initiatives
• Training & Development Programs
• HR Analytics & Productivity Improvement
• Management of Contractual, Casual & Fixed-Term Employees
• Buyer/Customer Audit Readiness & Compliance Reviews
• Administration of Accommodation, Transport, Canteen & Security Functions

Skills:

• Strong experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Compliance
• Sound knowledge of Labour Laws and Statutory Requirements
• Excellent Leadership and Stakeholder Management Skills
• Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Environment Preferred

Salary: As per Industry Standards
