A Reputed Firm is hiring HR Recruiter cum Employees Trainer

Location: Edapally

Salary: ₹25K - ₹40K

Gender: Female Preferred

Qualification: Any Degree/MBA (HR Preferred)

Experience: 2 - 5 Years in HR Recruitment & Training

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, screen & shortlist suitable candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate database.
• Understand client requirements and provide quality manpower solutions.
• Conduct onboarding, induction & training for new employees.
• Design & deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback.
• Maintain HR records, reports & MIS.

Skills:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge in training methodologies & HR practices
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong organizational & people management skills
