Location: Thrikkakara, Kochi

Experience: 1-3 years preferred

Salary: 20,000/- to 30,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment & onboarding
• Handle employee relations and engagement
• Maintain HR records & policies
• Support Attendance - payroll processes
• Assist in performance management initiatives

Qualification: Master's/Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
