Experience Required: 8-10 Years

Role Overview:

• Build And Scale HR Functions
• Manage Workforce Planning & Compliance Across Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition For EPC, Sales & Technical Teams
• Workforce Planning Aligned With Business Growth
• Ensure PF, ESI & Labour Law Compliance
• Handle Contract Labour & Site Workforce
• Implement KPI-Based Performance Management
• Manage Payroll, HR Operations & HRMS
• Drive Employee Engagement & Retention

Requirements:

• Strong HR Experience (8-10 Years)
• Background In Solar/EPC/Construction/Infrastructure Preferred
• Expertise In Labour Laws & Compliance
• Experience Managing Blue-Collar & White-Collar Workforce
• Strong Execution & Problem-Solving Skills
