A Reputed Firm is hiring Talent Acquisition Specialist - Non-IT

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references & internal database
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with clients
• Maintain consistent follow-up with candidates and clients
• Manage offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding
• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports

Experience: 1-4 years of Non-IT recruitment experience

Skills:

• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Good communication and negotiation abilities
• Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in mid and senior-level hiring preferred
