Experience: Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in HR Generalist Activities

Qualification: MBA/MSW/PG with specialization in HR

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Coordinate Recruitment & Onboarding of Satellite units (Outside Kerala).
• Handle Statutory compliances of Satellite units (Outside Kerala) in coordination with the Operations Incharge of concerned location.
• Grievance handle.
• Any other HR activities as per the need.
