A Reputed Firm is hiring Recruitment Advisor

Department: Human Resources

Location: Kochi, Edappally

Reporting To: Manager/HR Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Experience Required: 

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in overseas or any other relevant field

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree 

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process
• Maintain candidate database and follow up regularly
• Coordinate interviews with clients or hiring managers
• Meet monthly hiring and conversion targets
• Maintain documentation and reporting

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidate sourcing and screening knowledge
• Proficiency in MS Office tools / ATS software
• Time management and multitasking
• Team collaboration

Salary Range: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)
