Job Description:

A Reputed Electronic Manufacturing Company is hiring Executive/Senior Executive - Import

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: B Com/BBA/BBM + PGDM/Diploma in Export/Import Management

Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years in export operations, preferably in a manufacturing company
• Experience in ERP-based invoice and packing list generation

Salary: 7 LPA (Negotiable)

Skills: Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Generation of Export Invoice and Packing List in ERP environment
• E-invoice generation on GST portal
• Coordination with Freight Forwarders for dispatch of materials as per delivery schedules
• Coordination with CHA for customs clearance of export shipments
• Verification of Shipping Bills and AWB
• Arranging export documents from CHA and reconciliation of shipping bill with export invoice
• Communication with customers
