Xilligence is hiring Operations Support Analyst

Closing on: 20/04/2022

Female Graduates in any discipline, with good and hands on computer knowledge (Windows, MS-Office, Outlook, Internet etc.) and have a good knowledge on various Search Engine's 

Experience: 0-2 years in Customer Care

Preferred skills: Analysing and processing various types of requests from overseas clients for managing their accounts in the latest applications

Excellent command of spoken and written English

Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant applications

Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times

Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the process

Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
