Job Description:

Advenxa is hiring Process Associate - Voice (International Voice Process)

Openings: 15 Positions

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)

Experience: Fresh Graduates or up to 1 Year in International Voice Process

 Skills: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written fluency mandatory)

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Night Shift: 6:00 pm - 3:00 am
• 5 Days a week (Monday to Friday, Saturday & Sunday Off)

Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills

Compensation & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹3 LPA
• In-Hand Salary: ₹17,000/- Per Month
• Performance Bonus: Up to ₹5,000/- Per Month
• Facilities: Cab Facility (Pickup & Drop) Available

Location: Infopark, Kochi, Kerala
