Job Description:

UST is hiring Business Resilience Consultant

Skills Required: 

* Ability to assess Customer's s existing capabilities against the requirements for a proportionate and effective response to service interruptions and emergency incidents

* Good understanding of the Business Resilience process. Knowledge of all phases of the Business Resilience life cycle will be a plus point.

* Multi-disciplinary approach toward Business Continuity Management as part of Organisational Resilience

* Flexible approach to work, with a willingness and ability to work and travel away from home site location

* Proactive & self-motivated with a logical, thorough & analytical approach and a strong ability to work in a multi-tasking, rapidly changing environment.

* Keen desire for innovation, influencing & problem solving

* Self-starter, critical thinker & a productive team player.

* Effective communicator at all levels, experience of working with senior executives is desirable

* 2-5+ years of experience within an IT and ITES Organization or Banking Sector and facing external audit implementation (ISO Standards etc.)

* Experience with developing, testing, and maintaining business Resilience plans, including facilitating table-top and functional exercises.

* Experience and proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Visio (optional), PowerPoint and SharePoint for process flow chart, reporting and other relevant applications (optional)
