Job Description:

CareStack Technopark is Conducting a Recruitment Drive

• Designation: Product Support (Customer-Facing Roles)

• Work Location: CareStack Technopark, Trivandrum

• Shift: US | AUS 

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (freshers welcome)

• Open to: Non-tech programmes only

Compensation:

• Fresher package: ₹3.4 LPA plus night shift allowance

• Experienced candidates: Higher package based on skills and experience

Role and Responsibilities:

• Become a specialist in CareStack’s enterprise software and the US dentistry business, to support external users of the platform
• Respond to customer queries accurately and on time via phone, email or chat
• Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
• Analyse and report product malfunctions, for example by testing scenarios or impersonating users
• Update internal databases with technical issues and useful team discussions
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• Follow up with customers until their technical issues are resolved
• Gather customer feedback and share it with the Product, Sales and Marketing teams
• Be ready to work US, AUS or UK shift timings

Skills Required:

• Graduate in BDS, BCA, BA, B.Com or B.Sc
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Experience in first-line technical or product support, customer support or a similar role
• Good analytical, problem-solving and system-thinking ability
• Experience with help desk software and remote support tools
• System knowledge of enterprise ERP and CRM applications
• Self-starter and team player who can multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Plus points: Familiarity with the healthcare industry
