Job Description:

Oppo is hiring Regional Trainer

Qualification: Any graduate OR MBA freshers

Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales training experience (MBA freshers can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver classroom, virtual, and On-the-Job Training (OJT)
• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Manage sales promoters onboarding, OJT, and handholding
• Deliver product, sales, and soft skills training
• Support promoters with market visits
• Ensure LMS usage and track training effectiveness
• Coordinate effectively with the sales team
