Tutorcomp is hiring Application Support Engineer

Requirements :

• Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers and scanners, and cellular devices.

• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments

• Knowledge of managing network equipments & anti-virus programs

• Remote troubleshooting for End-user issues (Software and Hardware)

• Walking customers through installing applications and computer peripherals

• Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or Technical Support Engineer or similar role

• Experience-6 months to 2 years

• Good communication skills in English

• Good time management skills
