Role Overview:

Teleperformance is hiring Civil Engineers for a Customer Support Advisor (Desk-Based Role) in Mumbai. This is a non-site, day-shift role designed for professionals with strong knowledge of construction and site management who can provide backend support and customer assistance.

Job Details:

• Role Type: Desk Job (Not On-Site)
• Shift: Day Shift
• Working Days: 6 Days Working (1 Rotational Week Off)
• Office Timing: 7 am to 7 pm (Any 9 Hours Shift)
• Joining Date: Based on Exam Dates

Location: Mumbai

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech) in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
• Civil Engineering Graduates or Appearing Final Semester (2026 batch can also apply)
• Good Knowledge Of Construction Processes & Site Management
• Strong Communication Skills (English, Hindi, Malayalam OR Other Regional Languages Preferred)
• Basic Computer Proficiency
• Freshers & Experienced Candidates May Apply

Salary:

• ₹40,000 Per Month (5 LPA CTC)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Customer Support Related to Construction Projects & Site Management Queries
• Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls & Emails Professionally
• Coordinate With Stakeholders Regarding Project-Related Concerns
• Maintain Accurate Documentation & CRM Updates
• Ensure Timely Resolution of Customer Issues
• Deliver High Levels of Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality
