Experience: 2 - 5 years (Healthcare experience mandatory)

Qualification: MHA/MBA (HA)

Responsibilities:

• ⁠Oversee daily operations of the hospital.
• ⁠Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations.
• ⁠Collaborate with department heads to enhance patient care quality.
• ⁠Manage hospital budget and financial planning.
• ⁠Develop and implement strategic plans for hospital growth.
• ⁠Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• ⁠Ensure efficient use of hospital resources.
• ⁠Maintain effective communication with staff and stakeholders.
