SLBS (Marklance) - School for Logistics and Business Studies is hiring Placement Officer (EdTech).

Location: Palarivattom, Kochi, Kerala

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement

Schedule: Day shift - Morning shift – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday-Saturday)

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Experience:

• Candidates preferably experienced from similar field.
• Placement Profile: 1 year (Preferred)

Skills: Computer networking

Language Proficiency: 

• English: Professional level – both in written & communication
• Malayalam: Communicative level

Job Description:

• As a Field Placement Officer, your primary responsibility will be to source job opportunities for our students who have successfully completed their courses. You will be the bridge between our talented graduates and potential employers, helping to kickstart their careers.

Targets:

• Your goal will be to secure placements for a minimum of 02 students per day. Your performance will be reviewed on a weekly basis, with monthly reports to monitor your progress.

Requirements:

• Strong networking and communication skills
• Knowledge of the job market in Kerala/South India
• Ability to identify suitable job openings for various skill sets
• Result-oriented mind-set with a focus on achieving targets
