Prochant Technopark is hiring AR Caller - Voice/Non-Voice - Medical Billing

Location: Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram

Department: Medical Billing

Qualification:

• Any UG graduates (Pass out: 2023, 2024 & 2025)
• Any PG graduates (Pass out: 2025)

Job Responsibilities:

• Making calls to Insurance Companies on behalf of healthcare providers to track claim status.
• Persistent follow-ups with Insurance Companies to monitor outstanding claims.
• Handling payment information upon claim processing.
• Analyzing and resolving claim rejections.
• Ensuring all deliverables meet quality benchmarks.
• Proficiency in Insurance Eligibility Verification.
• Voice and Non-Voice process/AR Calling

Preference: Immediate Joining Preferred

Shift Timings: Day & Night Shift (6:30 pm - 3:30 am)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)
