Job Description:

Prachodhan Development Services is hiring Executive- Garshom

Requirement : 

* Must have experience of Minimum 1-2 years In the development sector 

* Have functional knowledge and understanding of migrant labour issues

* Graduate in Social Work / Migrant studies / Rural Livelihood

* Having a good analysis and problem- solving skills

* Have a good verbal & written communication skill in Hindi, English & Malayalam preferred

* Willing to be placed in Thrissur, Kerala

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Coordinate GARSHOM project (CSR project for migrant labourers)

2. Responsible for Baseline survey. need assessment, research & analysis of data

3. Organizing campaigns, events

4. Conduct awareness and financial literacy sessions

5 Liaison with government departments, companies and agencies

6. Manage helpline number and provide support in emergency situations
