Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs aligning with organizational goals.
• Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and interviews with employees and managers.
• Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning courses, workshops, and presentations.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
• Modify training programs as needed to improve effectiveness and meet changing needs.
• Manage training budgets, resources, and logistics.
• Stay current on learning trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
