Job Description:

Olive Group is hiring Customer Success Associate

Requirements:

Good organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve technical queries & issues raised by the end-users.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills to come up with the best possible solutions.

Write technical articles for the knowledge base and act as a mentor for co-workers.

Participate in the planning of future software services and development of internal applications to accomplish requirements and improve overall efficiency.

Ready to work in rotational shift timings and weekoffs

Excellent communication and writing skills

Excellent customer handling skills

Knowledge in any ticketing system and prior experience adhering to SLA based processes will be an added advantage

Preferred skills:

Min 1 year experience in Technical/Customer support function

Good understanding of Windows/Linux systems

Excellent customer management and communication skills

Teamplayer, self-motivated and have good email and telephone etiquettes

Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written

Knowledge in MSOffice tools and Google Docs/Sheets will be an added advantage

Good problem-solving abilities

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks

A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions
