Job Description:

NPM Aquatics Fish Links is hiring Quality Controller

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Qualification:

• Graduation in Food Technology/Chemistry/Microbiology
• Knowledge of export standards and documentation will be an added advantage

Job Responsibilities:

1. Testing & Inspection

• Conduct physical, chemical, and sensory tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
• Ensure products meet industry specifications and quality standards.

2. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSAI, and international food safety standards.

3. Process Monitoring

• Supervise production lines and ensure proper food handling as per SOPs.

4. Quality Audits

• Lead and participate in internal & external quality audits.

5. Problem-Solving

• Investigate quality issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement CAPA.

6. Documentation

• Maintain accurate and detailed QC records, inspection reports, and test findings.

7. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

8. Training

• Train and guide staff on food safety and quality control practices.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with lab tests & QC equipment
• Ability to work independently in a lab and collaboratively on the production floor

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month
