Job Description:

Years: 2 – 5 Years

Candidates from IT Experience is Mandatory . 

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

• Capture the customers’ requirements and translate them into software requirements for the development team

• Document business, user, functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure that the scope and requirements are clear

• Create internal design documentation including context, workflow and network diagrams

2. Pre-sales support

• Actively participate in the pre-sales process

• Attend meetings with prospective clients to determine functional and business

requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to proposing a solution .

• Define the project scope for effort estimation and costing

• Ability to understand technical requirements during meetings with prospects, will be desirable .

• Work closely with the customer during the delivery phase to clarify the scope, report progress

• Work closely with the development team during the delivery phase to coordinate the development progress

• Manage client relationship including expectation management

• Build productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues updated on activities
