Job Description:

Medical Trust Hospital is hiring Manager - Training & Development

• Preferably a Female Post Graduate in Management capable of heading a team for training and developing all categories of staff in a multi super specialty hospital.
   
• The candidate has to assess training needs of 2000 staff to drive training initiatives to mould suitable training solutions. 

Main responsibilities:

• Training need assessment, enhances staff knowledge and skills to keep up as per the industry changes.
• Candidate having firsthand experience in development training with excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
