Job Description:

Kerala Startup Mission is hiring Intern - Architect

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputed/renowned institute.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing architectural designs, concepts and drawings for office/coworking projects.
• Support site supervision and ensure alignment of construction with design intent.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver functional, sustainable and aesthetic spaces.
• Conduct research on sustainable design practices and integrate them into project development.
• Prepare presentations, reports and documentation for project review and approval.

Experience and Skills:

• Proficiency in design and drafting tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop etc.)
• Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and materials.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-stakeholder environment
• Good communication and presentation skills

Remuneration: 15,000/- per month

Duration: 6 Months (Can be extended up to 1 year)
