Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

• Kalpex Agro Extracts LLP is looking for a dedicated Chemist to conduct experiments, analyze chemical compounds, and contribute to the development of agro-based products.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemistry and experience working in a laboratory setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products through testing.
• Perform laboratory experiments and research to improve agro-extract products.
• Analyze data using analytical techniques and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with the R&D team on extraction process improvements.
• Maintain a safe and organized lab, adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot chemical process issues and maintain equipment.
• Stay updated on advancements in chemistry and agro-extraction technologies.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in Chemistry from a recognized university.
• Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience in a laboratory or chemical industry setting.
• Strong understanding of chemical principles, lab practices, and analytical techniques.
• Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in agro-extracts, food processing, or related industries.
• Knowledge of extraction techniques and equipment.
• Familiarity with quality control and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., MS Office).

• Attention to detail and accuracy in experiments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods in the laboratory.

• Proficient in laboratory techniques such as titration, and spectroscopy (IV-V)
• Experience with laboratory safety protocols and SOPs.
• Ability to prepare and present detailed reports on research findings.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
