Job Description:

Hipoint Connect is hiring Customer Support Executive.

Handling escalations and queries.

Answer calls professionally to provide information about the issues faced by customers.

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

 Preferred skills:

Experience  2- 5 years

Experience in handling US/UK customer

Willingness to work in nighthift

Excellent communications skills

Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Preference - Male candidate
