Job Description:

Great Leap is hiring Business Manager for Swedish client.

Responsible for:

Establish an excellent sales and distribution channel for our books, both physical and online 

Identify market opportunities; create a network base to reach out to readers.

Active engagement on social media platform and in other networking platforms.

Identify and collaborate with different partners and should be able to engage with governmental bodies, corporate sector, educational institutions and NGOs.

Conceptualize and devise marketing strategy in line with our organizational objectives.

Assist in setting up the initial team of Six Year Plan Books Kerala team

Requirements :

>> Minimum 5 years of experience in business development for consumer goods or within publishing industry. 

>> Excellent communication, Interpersonal, negotiation skills, customer service skills. 

>> Experience in developing sales and distribution network for consumer goods

>> Experience in digital marketing strategy is a plus 

>> Knowledge from the Publishing/Media/Entertainment industry of India is an added advantage. 

>> Fluency in English and mother tongue proficiency of Malayalam is an added advantage. 

>> Must have experience of working with a multinational company minimum of 2 years.

>> An interest in books & stories is a definite plus.
