Job Description:

Experion Global is hiring Learning and Development Manager

 Location • Kochi, Trivandrum

Experience : 7 - 10 Years

Responsibilities :

• Assess individual and team training needs and through job analysis, career path, individual development plans, annual performance appraisal report and consultation with managers.

• Design and implement sufficient training intervention to address the needs and skill gaps with the help of online/offline resources, learning specialists etc. 

• Measures training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and team feedback. • Continuously in search for suitable learning resources, training options and alternatives. 

• Identify L&D specialists in various technology and leadership areas and acquire their service wherever necessary. 

• Track budgets, negotiate contracts, build and maintains relationships with third-party training providers.
