Job Description:

Dynamed is conducting a Recruitment Drive

Position: Trainee/Associate

Salary Package: INR 15,000/- to 28,000/- (based on experience)

Selection Process:

• Written/Grammar Test
• Group Discussion
• Personal Interview
• Final round personal interview at the office in Kochi for candidates who pass the earlier rounds

Major Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls
• Respond to customer queries
• Adhere to agreed KPI/Targets
• Follow proper escalation process on complex cases and escalate issues to the second level of support when necessary
• Meet agreed targets on daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Perform outbound calls for appointment confirmation, rescheduling, retention, online appointment, and other related outbound activities
• Inform customers about new products, treatments, and services

Requirements:

• Graduate/Post Graduate
• Excellent command of English (both comprehension and conversation)
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts
• 6 days working with rotational offs
