Job Discription :

-To track branch issues and coordinating with respective departments and to resolve as per the guidelines

-Communication with stakeholders and addressing queries

-Coordination with branch and concerned department at HO

-Tracking the issue and reporting

-Analysis on various reports

- Coordinating with respective branch on regular basis 

Skill Set : Basics of MS Excel and other computer skill
