Comstream Technologies is hiring Night Shift Customer Support for Tech Support in VoIP

Position: Customer Support - Tech Support (VoIP)

Shift: Night Shift

Location: Kottayam

Eligible Branch: UG/PG

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries and support requests through ticketing systems
• Providing administrative support and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with technical troubleshooting and VoIP platform issues
• Collaborating with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently

Salary: 15,000/- to 20,000/- per month

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Basic understanding of VoIP technology is preferred but not required
• Ability to work night shifts
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
