Amrita University, Coimbatore is hiring Manager Corporate Relations

Location: Coimbatore

Role / Responsibilities:

• Facilitate campus placements and coordinate recruitment drives.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align students' skills with industry requirements.
• Organize career fairs, seminars, and workshops to enhance students' employability.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to students regarding career choices and job search strategies.
• Provide support for resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
• Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics.

Educational Qualifications:

• BSc. Agriculture, BSc. Biology, BSc. Microbiology, BSc. Chemistry, BSc. Biotechnology
• MBA in Marketing

Work Experience:

• Minimum 3 years, Maximum 5 years

Key Requirements/Abilities Required:

• Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in campus placements, HR, or related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to network effectively with employers and professionals.
• Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success.

Additional Information:

• Annual Salary Offered: Minimum 3.6 LPA to Maximum 4.8 LPA
• Age: Between 23 years to 30 years
