Job Description:

 Amrita School Of Business is hiring Manager Corporate Relations

Job Location: Amritapuri, Kollam, Kerala

Role/Responsibilities:

• Facilitate campus placements and coordinate recruitment drives for the School of Biotechnology.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate recruiters and industry professionals.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align students skills with industry requirements.
• Organize career fairs, seminars, and workshops to enhance students' employability.
• Offer guidance and mentorship to students regarding career choices and job search strategies.
• Provide support for resume building, interview preparation, and networking skills development.
• Maintain accurate records of student placements and employment statistics.

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing preferred but not mandatory

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years

Key Requirements/Abilities Required:

• Proven experience of 3 years in campus placements, HR, or sales-related roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to travel.
• Ability to network effectively with employers and professionals.
• Sound knowledge of current industry trends and recruitment processes.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in student success

Salary: Will not be a constraint for the right candidate

Age Requirement: 23 years to 30 years
