Akira Solutions is hiring Business Development Executive

Location -      Technopark, Trivandrum kerala

 

Experience - 1 to 2 years experience in inhouse sales (mandatory)

 

Mandatory - Excellent Language proficiency in English and Hindi only need to apply

 

 

 

Job Description

 

 

Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads,cold calls and emails.

 

Identify potential customers and generate leads

 

Connect with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

 

Generate new leads using cold calling, email marketing, social media and other relevant marketing channels

 

Answering potential customers questions and sending additional information over email

 

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

 

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

 

Should be proactive in identifying opportunities for new business leads

 

Coordinate with team to enhance sales presentation

 

Closing sales and achieving sales targets

 

Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly and annual sales analysis.

 

Conduct competitor analysis and market study

 

 

Preferred Skills

 

 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is mandatory

 

Passion, desire and motivation to sell and close new business

 

Strong relationship building and management skills

 

Good content writing skills

 

Proven inhouse sales experience

 

Proficient with corporate productivity and presentation tools

 

Experience with CRM and following organization work flow

 

Strong listening and presentation skills

 

Ability to multi -task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
